very quick and easy. Focus mainly on capability of candidate. very sociable and easy to talk to. Three rounds of interviews that are fairly quick. Process is swift and will have answer back quickly.
Call with recruiter to set up interview. Very flexible with interview schedule. Actually, ended up having the follow-up interview later the same afternoon. Both were over zoom. Got a call one week later with the offer.

2 interviews. They first is just to give a brief introduction of yourself. And they will spend a long time explain compensation system and training system. After the first interview, they will let you watch several videos on youtube about financial planning and also tranamerica back ground story. Also, you need to think of 10 goals to bring it to the second interview.
