Phone interview - I was called by a HR individual. Per the job description - I thought I was somewhat overqualified for the position. The questions that were asked I tried to answer pertaining to the position at hand since I had held a similar role prior. The HR representative seemed confused by my answers mainly because she didn't understand the trading lingo. She even commented "The supervisor would understand, right?" I never received another call and they disregarded my follow up attempts.
