Interview
The initial interview was done by phone and just asked about my previous jobs- what I liked about the jobs, what I didn't, why I left, etc. Pretty simple questions. The in-person interview had three interviewers and was a behavioral interview. Do some research on behavioral interviews and think of some specific examples.
