I applied through university. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Transamerica (Austin, TX) in Sept 2017
Interview
Very casual Interview, the recruiter looked over my resume and asked about things that he found interesting. The interview was very chatty and the asked simple questions about teamwork, strengths, weakness.
I had one interview with the HR lead of the intern program. It was a standard behavioral interview along with questions about my technical experience on my resume. The interview lasted approximately 20-30 minutes.

Question 1
Describe a time you had to make a difficult decision in a team setting and how did you navigate that?
I applied online. I interviewed at Transamerica (Los Angeles, CA) in Jan 2023
Interview
In-person interview with Director and Assistant. Was informative and all saying good things and positive but turned out to be a pyramid scheme. I honestly would recommend staying away as the few people that do make a lot of money seem not to be too friendly people.

Question 1
How are you working on your own and managing your own business?
The hiring managers were easy to talk to. As far as behavioral questions, they only asked a couple of “how did you react in this scenario” type of questions. I believe the overall experience was average for an interview, but I will say that the hiring managers seemed to care more about your goals in the company rather than past experiences or your interview skills.
