The interview was with two people that candidate would be working for. One was the hiring manager and the other was the senior BA that I would be working directly. I liked both interviewers very much. They explained the job and were truthful about the environment I would be working in.

Super easy, mainly behavior question, asked some sql questions, but only concepts (i.e. different types of join) The hardest part is how to get an interview, they have strong preference on people who has an actuarial background

It was easy questions and an easy setting. I had a phone interview and it did not contain any technical questions outside of asking what languages I knew. Not bad.
