How do your skills align with the requirements listed in the job description?
Got an interview a month after applying and then no follow up as many others have mentioned. Very slow process and still no communication from company after another month. Job is posted again so clearly they haven’t found what they wanted and didn’t have the consideration to at least send out communication letting candidates know they’ve been removed from consideration.

conversational interview, one technical interview. the interviewers were pretty nice. questions were pretty much related to the job description, and explain your resume based on your current title. there's room to ask questions.

First they conducted the managerial round, upon asking the question why managerial round first. The manager replied that the want to know the candidate first and then get into technical because if the candidate is good they can train.
