I submitted my application online. The hiring manager scheduled a 30 minutes interview to walk through the role and ask questions about my resume. Most questions focus on previous experiences and projects.
The majority of the interviews were fine but the HR dept were really bad at their interview stage. They were quite poor at their job, making assumptions based on what was asked.
Had multiple interviews with London and NY very late in the evening between 8pm and 9.30pm two weeks in a row, as that was the only time they could do.
I got to the HR/pre-offer stage and was told afterwards that my questions on hybrid working and offsite visits were not in line with the corporate culture so they rejected me. I had asked lots of standard HR questions but that is all the feedback they would give, which is frankly disgusting after the effort I had put into the process.
