I passed all the interview stages (which were quite a lot, including a test with some scenarios that I had to solve). The feedback seemed to be a positive one after each interview so the final step was to actually go to their office (if that's how you call 3 desks in a shared space) where the manager asked me various questions for almost 2 hours.. All seemed fine, the last discussion also went well so I waited for their final feedback and maybe an offer. What actually happened? They totally ghosted me for two weeks, also ignoring my mails. After insisting to receive an answer they said it was very difficult to make a decision but ultimately they decided to continue with another candidate. How unprofessional is this? To give a candidate the impression that they're in the final step before actually getting an offer and then just totally dispose him and not answering any mail for two weeks...totally a bad experience, wouldn't recommend this place at all.
