First call with HR, then with Dept Manager, then in-person interview with hiring managers. The whole process was quick, hiring managers were lovely and the questions were aligned with the role. Interview with Detp Manager was easy.

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at TransPerfect (London, England) in Feb 2021
Interview
I applied through Indeed with a CV and cover letter. The recruiter rang me and we discussed the role. She asked me what are the tasks and responsibilities of a project manager.
I then completed a proofreading test of two documents, one English, one Finnish to spot for formatting and language/grammar errors in the text.
Two interviews followed, the first with two managers and the second with three, lasting about 30 minutes each.

2. What if a year down the line you decided you would prefer the more linguistic side and would want to be a translator rather than project coordinator?
3. What did you do in your previous job?
4. What is the biggest mistake you have ever made?
5. How do you deal with a bad customer?
6. Why is formatting in project management more interesting to you than the linguistic side?
7. If you were to organise a social event on zoom what would you do ? But you can’t say a virtual quiz as we are exhausted with that this year.
8. Who is the real *my name*? (They want to know about you as a person and not just your skills and what you know).
9. What other jobs are you applying to?
10. What does good communication mean to you?
Second interview:
1. Tell me about yourself and why you applied.
2. You have missed out on a year of travelling. What happens if somewhere down the line you wanted to go off travelling instead?
3. What was the biggest mistake you made in your previous job?
4. What do you want to get out of this job?
5. What did you not like about working at RWS? (this was the company I worked with previously and is the rival of TPT).
6. Have you applied for a role at RWS?
7. How do you organise a busy day at RWS when you have lots of projects?
8. Tell me something we don’t know.
9. Tell me something that isn’t on your CV.
10. What’s the biggest challenge of your year abroad?
Then there was a situational question:
If you had a job due Monday 3pm (it’s Friday near the end of your shift) and had no help, what would you do ?
5 interviews (1 in person) for an entry level position and 2700-3300 salary/month. Told me only at 2nd interview that I'm expected to work overtime and weekends all the time.
Briefing with Human Resources team and interview with team head. Team head mentioned the company background and job details. Also gave a brief idea of the working environment, company benefits .
