Interview
It was a phone screening first and then I was given a timed Final Eye test (1 in English to English, 2 in English to Swedish). After a few weeks, I was scheduled in a in-person interview with one of the team leader. After the in-person interview, there was another phone interview/ skype with a department manager.
The interview process was lengthy and very redundant. They asked me same questions for each stage. But, everyone was very friendly and nice. More of a conversation.

First call with HR, then with Dept Manager, then in-person interview with hiring managers. The whole process was quick, hiring managers were lovely and the questions were aligned with the role. Interview with Detp Manager was easy.
5 interviews (1 in person) for an entry level position and 2700-3300 salary/month. Told me only at 2nd interview that I'm expected to work overtime and weekends all the time.
Briefing with Human Resources team and interview with team head. Team head mentioned the company background and job details. Also gave a brief idea of the working environment, company benefits .
