Interview
Overall the process was fairly quick and I really enjoyed all of the team members that I met. Applied online with resume only and was contacted by a recruiter the next day asking to set up a phone interview. The phone interview was very basic concerning my past work experiences and why I was interested in the company. Asked about how competitive I was on a scale of 1-10. The recruiter was very friendly and engaging and the conversation only lasted 20 minutes. Next, I had to take a test that measured my attention to detail. It involved comparing two translations. Pretty simple but time consuming. Received an email the next day after completing the test to set up an in-person interview. At headquarters, met with 2 people from the potential team that I would join. Both were very friendly and informative. Conversation only lasted about 30 minutes and was basic again. Had to take another test in the office. Received an offer that day. Offices weren't great but the people were. Seemed like a welcoming, fun environment.

Question 1
On a scale of 1-10, how interested are you in this job?
First call with HR, then with Dept Manager, then in-person interview with hiring managers. The whole process was quick, hiring managers were lovely and the questions were aligned with the role. Interview with Detp Manager was easy.
5 interviews (1 in person) for an entry level position and 2700-3300 salary/month. Told me only at 2nd interview that I'm expected to work overtime and weekends all the time.
Briefing with Human Resources team and interview with team head. Team head mentioned the company background and job details. Also gave a brief idea of the working environment, company benefits .
