Interview
On campus interviews was the first step of the process. Followed by a phone interview with your potential manager/supervisor for the summer. If you are offered a position for the summer you will have to pass a drug screening test.

What was the toughest situation you have dealt with with and how did you handle it?
Started with a video interview with pretty standard questions, then a phone interview with minimal questions, and finally a virtual interview with a few questions about behavior. Overall very informative and smooth process.

Incredible experience, great insight into company operations, culture, and mission. Friendly employees make the experience and process very smooth and helpful. The HR managers and interviewers were very engaging and great guides throughout the experience, as well as open and honest regarding the interview and position.

Describe a time you had to take action on a situation from a leadership standpoint and what was the result?
I meet them in the front of the building and they toured me thought there million square foot facility before I we went into the room. there were five higher ups interviewing me at the same time.
