I was warned beforehand by the recruiter that the process would be quite long. I had an hour long interview with a recruiter and the call was recorded. In this interview we talked about the position and about my experience. Then I completed three culture fit assessments that took me about 20 mins to complete each and a hackerrank assessment that took about 40 mins. After this I had another culture fit interview that lasted 45 minutes and was also recorded, and a week later I had a technical interview with the tech team that lasted about an hour. In the second interview there where quite a few red flags as I was asked very personal questions like "Who do you live with", "How big is your apartment" and my personal favorite "Do you have any illnesses". I was also asked how do I deal with very heavy pressure at work and what do I do to alleviate that pressure. They also asked If I would be willing to work extra hours for free. Despite this the interviewer was quite friendly and the interview was not a bad experience. Following the technical interview the recruiter ghosted me. I emailed them 2 weeks later asking for some feedback and they never replied. So I wasted about 5 hours of my life in interviews/assessments and they couldn't even send a generic rejection email. Its important to note that after seeing a few red flags I contacted ex employes through linkedin and all of them told me to look for another company, so maybe I dodged a bullet there.
