Interview
Easy enough interview process. One day with a few people, questions were pretty basic as well, really just want to get a feel for who you are as a person and hopefully your resume and skill set matches what they require.
Everyone that I interviewed with was very nice. The interviews were very conversational and the process was easy. Prepare questions to ask the person you are interviewing with. Also, understand the different products that Tradeweb offers to its clients.
