I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Tradesmen International (Cleveland, OH) in Sept 2016
Interview
Pretty basic. Called me over the phone and set up an in person interview that week. Went in and talked to the recruiting manager where she explained the job to me. Job shadowed for about 30 minutes with a recruiter. Then went and talked to the GM. He asked me a few personal questions about my lifestyle. No real questions about the actual job. ( Red Flag) Entire process took about 45 minutes. Called me back later that day and offered me the job. I accepted.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Tradesmen International

The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Tradesmen International (Fort Myers, FL) in Mar 2020
Interview
It was completely awful, the manager was on vacation in Hawaii. Didn’t call on time, did not look over my resume so they had no clue what to ask. You can tell that the Fort Myers, Fl isn’t to efficient.
