The interview was a phone screen with a 10 minute phone conversation about experience and career goals, I was asked about my availability and the ideal amount of hours I wanted to work.
in the interview process it was actually quite nice, very warm. in the interview process we had discussions. confident that it will be supportive and aggressive. also this has been described
They want a feel for who you are - your character, morals, and ethics. Let them know about your work ethic as well. Give examples of when you showed humanity.
