There are two interviews. One with an assistant manager and one with the store manager. Each person comes to the interview with grace, respect, and kindness. They ask basic questions on teamwork, work styles, problem-solving examples, and so on. Even if the interview process goes without any issue, they are more likely to reject than accept, especially if you have managerial experience on your resume. They want people who have no other references as to how a stopre should be run and people who are less likely to speak out against bad management.
