Typically a three part interview process to establish physical and retail capabilities. The process be shortened if you fit the mold, and it’s a different process at each store. They are gauging your ability to handle customer questions and deal with internal store duties.
Applied online and had one in person interview with the captain. It lasted maybe 10 minutes. Got a call a week or so later that I got the job. Very fast process.
