I went in and asked if they were hiring, they said they are always hiring. and I filled out an application was filled out immediately. I talked w/ manager for less then 5 minutes. He said he would look over application and call me. I explained the reason for my request for days to work and days off. I waited until the end of week to call back, I was told wait until middle of the next week and they would contact. I waited until the end of the 2nd week, called once more and was told I would be contacted by end of day. The way I was contacted??? I got a letter in the mail to say no? Why couldn't this manager have told me this when the letter was dated on the day I had called for a touch back? Is this how this company does business? I really thought by the reviews of this company it would be one that would be worth working for. I put on the application do not contact my last job, I believe they did and I could have given a heads up they were not going to give me good feedback even though I had worked for them for almost two years. If I had been given the chance, I could have explained. So heads up, if a manager blows you off when you take the time to go in person, fill out application. keep on looking, the place might not be as great as it appears to be.
