They describe the process of building employees and promotions, makes it sound like a lot of money until you do the math and realize it's barely $10/hr. Hours aren't concrete. Didn't mention that it's door-to-door canvasing until I asked and said it sounded like it. Interviewer kept pushing the "fun" environment, promotion rates, and pay.
