First a phone screen talking about my history, open-ended questions about my communication and organizational skills. Followed up with a face to face interview that started with HR (basics of the company, day to day duties, benefits, salary expectations), then a panel interview with three people where we talked about the technical specifics of my history, basically rehashing the phone screen for the people there, then a 1:1 with the CEO. Apparently he does that with every position from the janitor to the CFO. His questions were very open-ended, so be prepared to talk about yourself.
