Interview
There was an initial phone screening with a recruiter and there were two Zoom interviews with attorneys. One was very professional, the other was casual and seemed disinterested in being part of the process.
Very informal process with international recruiter that is detached from the process. Very detached compared to other competitors. Then got on a 4 way call with members of the legal department.

The interview process is highly structured. Very few interviewers deviate from the Star method. As a result, it is more difficult to get to know interviewers or to pickup subtle clues about the company and work environment.
