sit down with an engineer and department manager required to answer in STAR format. Some technical questions were asked. It was a casual back and forth and I had plenty of time to ask questions that I had at the time.

Have you ever had a workplace conflict and how did you handle it?
The interview took place following a career fair at my college. I got my first interview in the fall of 2022, and got ghosted. I went to a second career fair and scored another interview, got ghosted again. Don't expect the decency of a reply from this company.
