The interview went very well. Everyone was informative and helpful. It was panel-style, and I learned that no prior automotive industry experience is necessary for the role, which felt encouraging.

Coding assessment followed by a screening call and finally an interview with the hiring manager. Technical and behavioral questions were asked. Mainly focus on the STAR method. Interview process was relatively quick and they were quite responsive.
