I applied in June, and it was radio silence. I wasn't mad about it as I had other processes in place. 3 months later (not even joking), I had already started a new job and was surprised to receive a generic two liner rejection email. Mate if you're taking 3 months to close an entry-level/ junior role, you're absolutely cooked.
