Initial interview was a group interview with other candidates followed by a 1 on 1 interview with a member of management (for those who were selected).
Overall the interview process was relatively straight forward with no major surprises.

I got interviewed at a job fare at a mall. It’s was standard process where they ask 8-11 basic interview questions about your skills, strengths and availabilities. Later, they email you if you got the job

My friend referred me to the position, the store was in great need of sales associates. Overall a very quick process (5 mins), interviewer asked standard questions (availability, experience, etc) and offered me the job on the spot.
