Two stage with stakeholder and priactice lead. General background and experience discussion followed by behavioural questions. Lots of questions about the specific area of the business the role was in. Agile and squad questions.
I had a video call interview scheduled to discuss my skills and experience. It was a 30min conversation and felt very easy and friendly. I was told that, if successful, I would be invited to a second in-person interview. I asked about an ETA, but they said they didn’t have one. Since then, I haven’t received any follow-up-no email or message confirming whether I progressed to the next stage or not.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Tower Insurance (Auckland, Auckland) in Jan 2024
