Well organized- made it to final rounds and interviewed with founder as well as executive team. Terrific people , would have loved working with then, but also sensed some major behind the scenes disorganization so potentially dodged a bullet.

Interview process moved quickly over 2 weeks and was very question intensive. It was about 4 sessions in total and completing a case study was part of the process. Questions were targeted to determine whether experience was a fit as well as behavioral traits the role was in need of.
