Interview process was very simple. 3 rounds in total. 1 with the HR, 1 with a panel of 3 people, and final interview was with 1 person from upper management. This was completed over a 3 week time span.
Applied through website, contacted by a recruiter to answer some basic questions over email, interviewed with the hiring manager who was mainly focused on candidate's pre-existing knowledge of the company and renewables industry.

It was so easy and smooth, they asked basic questions about your education that you earned. They called me first and asked me to book a virtual interview. Then I took the technical exam and it was quite easy.
