Total Environment Building Systems Senior Architect interview questions

Gave two interviews for almost two hours each, at the end of which they told me they could not even match my current salary. Moreover they mentioned that my current experience is "completely irrelevant" to them and that they are more like a design studio and can't afford higher salary. Shocking, coming from a premium developer company and an utter waste of everyone's time!
