Interview
The process was not good from beginning to end. Everything from people forgetting to call me at our scheduled times, phones dying during the interview to no follow up when promised. When they didn’t like the feedback I gave them and said something about the way they treated me they never called me again, blocked me on LinkedIn. Completely immature and realized I dodged a bullet with this one.

Interview
Interview process was lengthy. 7 interviews over a month time frame. From peer GMs to VP of stores and communication from the recruiter in between. They were very clear with next steps and stayed in communication.

The interview was conducted via phone. Followed up within a week was notified I did not get the job the following week. Very nice people working for the company. Good

Interview
It was a lengthy process, I had 6 interviews. It takes forever to move on to the interview and at the end you get ghosted. I emailed HR and never received a reply not even a rejection email. It’s disappointing as I know that the Buddy values don’t align with how I was treated.
