I had a great interview with the HR recruiter and was passed along to the hiring manager. During interview hiring manager told me that they work long hours and asked if I was up for that commitment. I spoke with a few people I knew that worked at Tory and they confirmed that the hours were very long and that the culture should be changed. I would strongly suggest to stay away from this company unless you want to work til 8pm every night in the office. I believe in work-life balance so this was definitely not a good fit for me.
