Interview
Applied and didn't get called for several months. Had a short phone interview and then in person interview. Was interviewed by two people and the questions were very straight forward. After interview had a short skills test (alphabetizing and correcting spelling). It took them over a month to call me back after the in-person interview.

They keep your resume on-hand for 6 months, each branch goes through the applications submitted to that particular location. Two people does the interview, usually your direct supervisor and their supervisor, with mostly behavioural questions and a skills testing exercise.

Interview
I applied for the Tropicana Community Services Program via Microskills which is directed towards youth, ages varying from 15-18, that haven't been employed before. I was interviewed a month before I was employed, after I was called to come back after my interview I received training, which lasted several days spanning to two weeks, for which I was compensated.
