Case while sharing your screen with HR. Case is pretty simple just asks you to use pivot tables in their various forms, formulae such as concatenate, sumif, vlookups, a bunch of other formulae that you have to figure out you need to use. The case also has a variance analysis section that is really easy just comment on why you think the variance occurred and what is the next step.
The 60 min interview with 2 managers is the final step. They will ask about a tough moment you had in your career, when you had to manipulate large volumes of data, the definition of a fixed asset and how it applies, a time when you had to convince someone else, resolving a team conflict, time management.

Next was an excel assessment which was video proctored. Had to do functions like if statements, XLookups, index/match, sumifs, countifs. I also had to calculate price variance/volume variance, interpret the results, provide commentaries and recommendations.
