Interview
Interview process is lengthy (last interview was 3 people and 1 hr 20min long) and it seems like the people interviewing you are distracted and uninterested. They make you create an entire presentation and go through a role play where you have to try and win back a customer who wants to cancel. I made it until the final round and did not hear back from them for weeks. They then reached out and said my recruiter was no longer with the company so they forgot to send me a rejection email. Unprofessional- feels like I dodged a bullet with this company.

I went through 4 rounds. Final round was a "super day". Met with various leaders of the organization and had a presentation to give. All in all, a fairly quick process.

Multiple rounds with managers who are distracted the entire time. They have you do a role-play test that they couldn't care less about. Everything sounded GREAT in the interview, but reality set in very quickly.
