Initial recruiter interview followed by a requirement to submit a plan. Then 4 different interviews with stakeholders plus multiple conversations with the recruiter. All interviews are recorded and (over?) analyzed internally. At every stage was told by the recruiter that I'm a slam dunk. At the end suddenly they had yet another interview request then declined to offer. Company deserves the reputation it has - the re-org didn't work. Looks like the team I interviewed with has re-org'd again. Avoid!
