I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Topshop in Oct 2015
Interview
I applied online on the topshop website and was contacted by email to come in for a interview at the 5th Ave location. The interview was group with like 10 people and 2 managers. We played a icebreaker (2 truths and a lie), and then we were split up into groups to create a outfit based on a scenario we were given. Afterwards, we were each called individually for a one on one interview.
I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Topshop (San Diego, CA)
Interview
First was a group interview. Then a 1 on 1 with manager and after that you were hired if felt like you were a good fit. It felt like a very easy process and fast too

Question 1
What is the most important thing about customer service
* Very relaxed and casual interview process with questions that needed no real preparation, there is also a group icebreaker and task that is also set up to ease applicants into feeling more comfortable.

Question 1
Q: What are the reasons you would like to work for the company?
I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Topshop (Trafford Park, England) in Sept 2018
Interview
Upon arrival, I was taken to the back of the store to wait with the other interviewees (about 6 or 7 of us altogether). After that, we were all taken to a separate room, asked to introduce ourselves and say something about a fun activity that we'd done over summer. Then, we were asked to look at a small rack of clothes and in turns, we would go up to the rack and pick something and 'sell' it to a 'customer'. The final part of the interview just involved having a one-on-one chat with the manager, in which I was asked basic interview questions and asked for information such as availability, desired shift pattern, where I live etc.
