The recruiter reached out to me on LinkedIn so we scheduled a call. The recruiter admitted that she does not have any knowledge about the company. she is merely gathering information for the hiring manager. She only asked basic questions such as working eligibilities, language proficiencies (this is a Japanese/English bilingual role) and salary expectations. No response after the initial phone call.
