*I withdrew my application as I felt my time and efforts were not respected.*
The interview process was lengthy and required multiple assignments. My first assignment included producing two full social media videos and creating a comprehensive PDF deck. The team expressed excitement about my work but asked to see more, so I went above and beyond: I spent an entire day buying the product line, casting a friend, shooting three additional concepts, and editing them, resulting in a total of five complete videos and the full deck. My final (third) interview took place shortly after I submitted that second assignment, which they seemed to have loved. After weeks of no communication—despite following up four times—the team finally got back to me, saying they would speak with executives and provide an update the following week. Even then, no answer was given.
Throughout the process, I had to follow up multiple times with several people because the HR recruiter went silent, and promised timelines were consistently missed. The one person I genuinely liked and felt a connection with was Jackie, and I had hoped she would have given me the courtesy of an update. Despite my significant effort, I never received proper communication. Overall, the process felt disorganized, unprofessional, and highly disrespectful of candidates’ time.
