      Employee Interview

      7 Nov 2014
      Anonymous employee
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Difficult interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Topgolf

      Interview

Started out in a room with about 50 people and they had is dance for about 15 min then you where divided into two groups. One group was given the task of coming up with an event with an unlimited budget that the company could hold to see your creativity. The other group is put in a room to play beer pong and corn hole. while you are playing the games you are individually pulled out to go through 3 separate 90 second interviews and then a 4th 90 second x factor style interview where you have to try to impress the 4 judges. In the end you are all pulled into one room where you are given the chance to ask any questions you want and they tell you that they will call you in 48 hours and let you know either way if you got the job or not. This is something every company should do. This all may seem weird but if you think about it it all makes sense they wanna see your personality and how you work with others. My advise is to be happy and outgoing that's what they are looking for.
