Very unique compared to other interview experiences. They focus on seeing if you are a correct fit for their company culture. Gives you a good view of how every department of the venue work together and helps each other out.

Interview
Interview process consisted of icebreakers, with a short personality interview and scheduling interview. Anyone who needed experience for their job was set aside at the end for additional questioning, no proper resume needed.
Easy and laid back, they made sure it was a stress free environment. Everyone was super nice and friendly. They eased my nerves with the group interview. Especially loved the playing golf aspect, created a very welcoming atmosphere
It was a very fun and engaging process; they really hire based on personality, not experience. Don't be worried or feel like you need to be prepared; just be yourself.
