Short, a joke, hopefully they don't "loose your application" as they are prone to do. The interview process when the company is actually hiring will take up most of your day for a 5 minute interview. I have never experienced a more joke interview process. As long as you know how to say yes, no, and have your license or guard card in hand, you will be hired.
