Standard interview process. Phone call with HR, and then an in person interview with direct supervisor and company owner. It took about a week for a follow up phone call that ended with an offer.

Phone conversation with HR after submitting my resume and application, then in person interview with store manager. In person interview lasted about an hour, I was asked a lot of questions regarding my ability to work in fast paced, high pressure, female dominated work place. Store manager was really looking for someone who will thrive in sales but also fit into their close knit group dynamic

Kind of turned off by the company. Snooty feeling when I walked in for the interview. Person interviewing me seemed very disinterested. I was over it after five minutes and it showed because I didn't get the job.
