The interview was done through phone and the HR who called me was horrible in doing her job; the way she asked questions, tone of her voice, and how she reacts with unexpected noises at the background. She asked the typical questions and she would comment if my answer doesn't fit her perspective. She asked me about the expected salary and I give a range and the reason. She answered, (verbatim) "just because you have the educational qualification and experience, it doesn't mean you're entitled with that salary." It was a red flag for me. I know for the fact that the one who I am talking to wasn't an experienced HR employee, and the way she give comments and answer my questions seem to give me a hint of what's the working environment in this company. I didn't bother proceeding to the next step of hiring process. HR people is the face of the company, if they're unprofessional then it shows that the organization doesn't value respect and professionalism.
