Interview
Starts with a phone interview then a personal interview with store manager.
It went well. The personal interview was 1 to 1. Store Manager Mike was professional and helpful.
One downside aspect was that I had to wait for about an hour in the store for the interview.
While I was waiting, one of the sales associate offered me water. I liked that.
Asked me about how I would help customers and I told them I love to help customers and then they asked me to fold clothes and then walk through how I would clean the store
Got asked basic qualification questions around experience with customer service and ability to communicate. Also got asked if I can speak another language. Process was one round and fairly quick

Interview was very good, asked questions about previous roles and experience, asked how I would support customers etc. Made me feel welcome and comfortable and supported me through the whole process.
