Really calm comfortable interview, spoke about driving for sales, managment of people how to develop one another, focusing on key performers(high seller), speaking about in general of career aspirations.
Easy process, apply online and in person interview, followed up 2-3 business days after with an offer. Very transparent through the interview behaviour and conversation base. One person interview panel with an assistant manager .
