Started with a phone screening. It was casual and pretty easy. Then moved on to an on-site with HR manager. That went quickly but was also pretty casual and low pressure. Then a week later had a final on-site with the hiring manager and hiring manager's boss. To my surprise, they didn't really ask many questions. It was mostly a conversation about the job. I asked most of the questions. Then I got a tour of the department and met potential coworkers. Everyone I spoke or met with was very friendly. The office is like walking into a tropical resort, and people are walking around in Hawaiian shirts. Small but close-knit corporate team.
