Interview
They take you on a shadowing spree with the top sales associates. You are basically a pet that just follows them around. They "Interview" you on why you want to be a part of Tom James and how great it is. I saw right through it. These senior sales people have been with company for years and of course have a steady client base. It simulates that the job is very easy and fun. They also sneak interview you even when you already have the offer. Which is honestly very sleazy of them.
3 meetings, 1 meeting 4 hrs. Initial call, 2nd call. Final call. They recruit. Not likely to apply and hear from them. The scout the talent mostly on LinkedIn. They base their decision on how many yes/no you get from the four panelist.
They promise good health care coverage, then they say “well you should make enough to cover your own”.

Interview
There were 5 different stages of interviews. 2 phone calls that were 5-15 minutes long to basically get a basis. Then there was an hour long zoom call to go more in depth about the company and you. Finally there was an in-person follow day at the store for the final round. I spoke with different people for each round so it was nice to see different perspectives,
The interview process was very professional, friendly, and informative. I was able to grasp a firm understanding about what the company was about and what exactly the role would look like.
