Tom Harris Cellular interview questions

Called for a group interview. Spent over 90 minutes in various silly games, then asked to fill out a personality/behaviour questionnaire. Then, absolutely nothing - no contact, no thanks for coming out, no 'we appreciate your time, but have decided to go in a different direction'; nothing. Probably the least professional hiring process I've ever been through. The summary says the process took 5 months, but that's not correct - it was only a few days.

Group interview, then individual interview if selected. It was their first time doing a group interview, but it helps if you're nervous for a 1 on 1 right away. I got a call two days after my one on one with a job offer.
