HR Recruiter call. In Person. Decision was made shortly after. The compensation is low, but the company has great benefits and catered lunches on Fridays. The hours were flexible, but according to the needs of the current staff.

Contacted on LinkedIn, Screening call, phone interview, then in person. Interview with CS and Sales Manager on site. Offer within a week and quick start date. Do not be shaken by an empty looking sign above the office, since they are not open to the public.
